1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using SuperGuard you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Community heads are responsible for the people they authorise as admins, guards and owners.

3. Subscriptions

New communities receive a one-month free trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription based on the number of properties.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the information you enter. You grant us the right to store and process it to provide the service.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The mobile apps are designed to keep working offline and sync later.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SuperGuard is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
