Refund policy

The first month is free. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance through Razorpay. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Use SuperGuard only to manage visitors at premises you are authorised to manage. Do not upload unlawful content, attempt to access other communities' data, or interfere with the service.

Billing and suspension

If a payment fails, a grace period applies. After that, creating new visits is paused until the subscription is renewed. Existing records remain available to administrators.

Data ownership

Your community owns its data. We process it on your behalf to provide the service.
