Privacy policy

1. Information we collect

We collect account details (name, email, optional phone and address), community data entered by administrators (properties, owners, gates), and visitor records created by guards (visitor name, purpose, optional photo, phone, email and address, entry and exit times).

2. How we use information

We use the information to operate the service, send transactional emails (verification, password reset, visitor slips), process subscriptions and keep the platform secure.

3. Who can see it

Data is visible only to members of the relevant community according to their role. Platform support staff can see community-level information and the community head's contact details, but not owner or guard phone numbers or emails.

4. Payments

Subscription payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store card or bank details.

5. Data retention and deletion

Communities may request deletion of their data by contacting us. Backups are removed on a rolling schedule.

6. Security

We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
