Data deletion instructions

You can ask us to delete your SuperGuard account and the personal data linked to it at any time. This also covers the name and email address we receive when you sign in with Google or Facebook.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to superguard@apsuma.com from the email address of your SuperGuard account, with the subject Delete my account.
2. We confirm the request by email and delete your account, your profile details and your sign-in records within 30 days.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted: your name, email, phone, address, password and Google / Facebook sign-in link, and your memberships in communities.
• Kept by the community: visitor records you created as a guard, or visits to a flat you owned, belong to the community's security register. The community head decides how long they are kept.

Removing SuperGuard from Facebook or Google

You can also remove SuperGuard's access from your Facebook account (Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Apps and websites) or from your Google account (Security, then Third-party apps with account access). This stops future sign-ins; to delete the data we already hold, send the email above.
