Questions, answered
How does the free trial work?
Every new community gets one month free with full features. You only subscribe when you are happy to continue - no card is needed to start.
How is pricing decided?
Pricing depends on the number of active properties (flats or houses) in your community. As you add properties the matching plan applies automatically.
What happens if the internet goes down at the gate?
Guards can keep recording visitors. Entries and exits are stored on the phone and uploaded as soon as the device is online again, without duplicates.
Who can see visitor and resident data?
Only people in your community according to their role. Platform support staff can see community-level information and the head's contact, never owner or guard phone numbers and emails.
Can I use it on both Android and iOS?
Yes. The same app runs on Android and iOS, and there is a web portal for admins and owners.
What if a visitor has no email?
Email is optional. You can still print the slip or download it as a PDF at the gate.
